Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) 

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example by email or via the withdrawal form available in our store).

You may use the withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.


Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier, in accordance with EU law.


Returning Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.


Condition of Returned Items

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

This means you may inspect the item as you would in a physical shop, but you are liable for any reduction in value caused by excessive use or damage.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned item shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary for inspection.

For customers outside the European Union, different return conditions may apply depending on local law and the shipping destination. Please refer to the return information provided at checkout for your country.


Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in appropriate protective packaging.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Return and Right of Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal for  Consumers outside EU

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at e.tziortzi@cytanet.com.cy. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
